Cyclical Maintenance

During your monthly office maintenance visit we can attend a list of jobs that you provide prior to out arrival on the pre-arranged date or we can complete our own maintenance check list to keep your office in the best shape possible.

As a registered client you will also have an assigned account manager enabling a swift response should an emergency occur and access to our facilities management expertise. Quotations can be provided for all necessary works additional to the half-day maintenance visit.

This flexible contract allows you to pull forward or bank your regular planned visit to suit, so you can choose whether to pay for the extra time or simply pull forward a future visit.
